It is a reality everywhere in the world that due the big size classes teachers need to pay attention to lots of kids at the same time that takes time away from investing more into individuals, giving them more attention, walk with them and teach them more deeply. With our youth workers there becomes more time for your students to spend in small groups with group leaders receiving more attention, help and close relationships to form their attitude towards other people and learning.

Just like young kids youth workers are also seeking to find role models, who embody values and characteristics that would help them become a more stable and healthy person.
